Toby the Agoraphobic Turtle is a turtle that is a afraid of public places so he puts his head in his shell. He is friends with Rat, Zebra and Goat but dislikes Pig as he tells Toby that beer is not the answer. Toby likes to drink beer with a funnel and uses it to hit Pig, who also thinks that he is afraid of sweaters because hes a turtle. Toby was on Rat's Softball Team but passed out because of how much beer he drinks. Toby first appeared in The Ratvolution Will Not Be Televised and Lions, Tigers and Crocs, Oh My!
