The Moles are tiny blind moles that were looking for the conference room in the building that Rat worked at. Just so happens to be, the crocs were there to meet them in their headquarters. After that the moles went to their convention and started snooping on the crocs and realizing that the crocs want to eat them. They didn't appear after that until they went up against Rat's Softball Team, 6 months later.
