The Comic Strip Censors are recurring antagonists in Pearls Before Swine that are normally seen agitated by Rat and Jef the Cyclist and try to stop them from referencing sexual or drug humor. They wear blue hats that say their names on it and have orange, brown hair with glasses. They are new characters to the series like Jeff, Wise Ass on the Hill and Willy.

The censors are always shown in a 1800's-esque tuxedo and suit with a large stovepipe hat with the label "Comic Strip Censor" on it. They are also seen with a pair of glasses and a sort of villain mustache. The main reason why they are shown like this is a sort of social commentary about how the Pearls characters make some harmless jokes and are bombarded by an upperclassman.
