Rachel was the daughter of Neighbor Bob and the older sister of Willy. Unlike her dad, she is nice and does not have to deal with school stress unlike her brother, and she is also good friends with Rat. In Rachel's first and last appearance she apologizes for anything she has done bad that year, she does it every year before Yom Kippur, which means that her and her family is Jewish. Rat then tries this by going up to Neighbor Bob's House and acts like a jerk to him.
