Nikos Papandropoulos was a mental institution patient who believed himself to be a guardian angel. One day he meet Pig and told him he was his guardian angel only for Pig to leave him because Niko told him that he did lose two guys last week. After a couple of days of Pig getting disappointed in Niko for letting people die a random man walked up to Niko and told him to come with him, when Pig asked what was happening, the man told him that Niko was a mental instituation ecapee who liked to pose a religious figures.
