Neighbor John was a neighbor of Pig and Stephan. In his first appearance, John was bald and wore a purple shirt and was the next door neighbor of Stephan. When Stephan was on vacation, he asked John to make a comic about him, similar to Nunzio, and John wrote a comic about how much he hated him. In Neighbor John's last appearance he was talking to Pig at his house and they talked about his old dog, Skippy who was stuffed by John even though he wasn't dead. It was also seen in his first appearance that John was also the owner of Andy, even though when Andy was seen he wasn't on a chain.
