The Croc House, also known as "The Zeeba Zeeba Eata Fraternity House", located at 105/109 Bradbury is a house right next to Zebra's house that is in PearlsWood, CA. It holds The Crocs, including Larry, Jojo, Burt and Floyd, etc. in it and is yellow with "Die Zeebs" and "Crocs Rool" written on it. It is also very similar to the house from National Lampoon's Animal House.

It is unknown who originally owns the house but it is known that the crocodiles, only moved there so that they could eat Zebra. The color of the house has changed from yellow to green to even white. The house is normally abandoned when the crocodiles attempt to eat Zebra and sometimes it's trashed and sometimes it's well furnished.
